Case Study 01:
Lifecycle Adoption Redesign for Cisco CX Cloud
PROBLEM:
When the Cisco CX Cloud product was initially launched, it included an area for learning and progression of the user’s purchased Success Tracks. The original design was not very intuitive and very complex. Users had issues understanding where they were on their journey and what they were expected to do next.
SOLUTION:
As with every UX project, our journey began with thorough discovery and research. We engaged with both internal and external users to uncover their pain points and gather their improvement requests. Collaborating closely with the product owners of various success tracks, we integrated their expertise and historical insights to create a successful and interactive new design.
ORIGINAL DESIGN
No visual hierarchy, not sure where to start or what is the most important next step.
NEW DESIGN
Overview Page: Curated content that provides a timeline and checklist of what needs to be completed.
Guided Tasks: Interactive content to continue learning, with the ability to bookmark for later and share with colleagues.
Resources: Repository of learning and development opportunities based on the selected Success Track. Ability to search added, which was a huge hit.
