CX Cloud needed WalkMe to enhance user onboarding and engagement by providing interactive, in-app guidance and support. WalkMe's digital adoption platform helps users navigate complex features, reduces friction, and ensures they can fully leverage the capabilities of CX Cloud.
SOLUTION:
Collaborating with design teams, product owners, and engineers, we successfully launched WalkMe in both CX and PX Cloud. This intricate task demanded meticulous attention to detail and rigorous checks and balances. I crafted an efficient release schedule, allowing us to consistently deliver new content each month while adeptly managing conflicting deliverables and deadlines.
